Invoice/order data: seller and buyer details, line items, amounts and VAT — processed to generate and transmit e-invoices on your instruction.
Usage data: logs, device/browser info for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the Service (performance of contract), to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors we use

Paddle.com — billing & payments (Merchant of Record).
Certified Peppol Access Point provider — e-invoice transmission, where enabled.
Hosting/infrastructure provider — Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal/tax purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights (GDPR)
