These Terms govern your use of Komplyo (the “Service”), operated by Tolgahan Kabaklı (“we”, “us”), based in Turkey. Contact: support@getkomplyo.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Komplyo is software that generates electronic invoice documents (e.g. ZUGFeRD, XRechnung) to the EN 16931 standard from your e-commerce order data, validates them, and — where enabled — transmits them via a certified third-party access point. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Komplyo is a software tool. It does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for your tax and e-invoicing compliance, for the accuracy of the data you provide, and for verifying that generated documents meet your obligations. We recommend validating output against the official validators of the relevant jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record and handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable VAT/sales tax is added by Paddle.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting unlawful or fraudulent invoice data, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to violate any applicable law.
We retain all rights in the Service and its software. You retain all rights in your own data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including fines arising from your tax filings.
You may cancel at any time via your account or through Paddle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
