Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Komplyo is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time from your account or via Paddle; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. Contact us at support@getkomplyo.com or request it through Paddle.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments after the first period are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel before each renewal to avoid being charged. We may grant refunds at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.

4. Free plan

The Free plan involves no payment and therefore no refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@getkomplyo.com with your account email and the Paddle order/receipt reference, or use the “manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
